Dr. Allison Chisholm, PT, DPT

Dr. Alli is a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend. She also is a truly passionate pediatric physical therapist. She specializes in working with kiddos ages 0-2. She has experience working with little ones with plagiocephaly and torticollis, neonatal abstinence syndrome, prematurity, respiratory conditions, Down syndrome, Spina bifida, genetic conditions, chromosomal deletions, lip and tongue ties, breastfeeding struggles and delayed developmental milestones. She has worked in the school, home health, early intervention, pediatric research, hospital and pediatric outpatient settings. 

Dr. Alli graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in an accelerated program at Simmons College in Boston, MA. Qualifications for Dr. Alli include CPR and First Aid certifications, continuing education courses including treating plagiocephaly without a helmet, assessment and treatment of tethered oral tissues, pediatric physical therapist mentorship programs and courses, as well as holding a physical therapy license in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. 

Dr. Alli loves working with little ones and their families, and she has found the most success when children are able to receive care in a calm clinic environment or their homes with their biggest supporters participating in their plan of care. She works from a holistic approach, taking into consideration all body systems when creating a plan of care and making sure to address caregivers' biggest questions and concerns in a supportive and responsive manner.
